Erling Haaland wants to ‘Move On’

Elring Haaland is undoubtedly one of the quickest and smoothest strikers currently. His goal-scoring ability and strength with pace have made him a standout young player. Also, he has been exceptional since his move to Dortmund RB Salzburg. Dortmund currently stands second in the Bundesliga thanks to his impeccable contribution upfront.

However, the relationship between Dortmund and Haaland has not been fruitful for some weeks. The 21-year-old striker’s name is linked with different clubs in the upcoming transfer market. Dortmund’s top management did not appreciate his attitude after Media linked Manchester City with the Norwegian. Things got bitter after Haaland accused Dortmund of putting pressure on him to decide where he wanted to play his football.

Furthermore, Haaland clarified his statement saying he just wants to play football. Likewise, he added ”The last six months, I chose not to say anything out of respect for Dortmund”. His contract with Dortmund exists until July 2024 with a release clause of $64 million to come into effect this summer.
However, as per Haaland himself, currently, he has no plans to think about his future. He wants to fully focus on his career and play a lot of games without being injured.

Also, he wants to improve his goal-scoring rate by 2022. As of now, his relationship with the German club looks fine after Dortmund released the statement saying everything is fine. Similarly, hegave a statement saying he wants to ‘Move on from all the dispute and focus on his life at the club’.
